MARTY FLORES NAMED ASSISTANT COACH

Marty Flores comes back to Phoenix College to help Coach Cameron put Phoenix College Men's Soccer back on the map. Flores, an All-American Defender from Phoenix College, has an enormous background in both playing and coaching the game of soccer.

He played for the Cisco Banditos, winning 10 State Championships and 1 Regional Championship before his collegiate career began. Flores chose Phoenix College, playing two years as a starter and captained the team his sophomore year. He went on to play at University of New Mexico where he was a starter and captain for the Lobos. He finished his playing career with the Arizona Thunder Professional Soccer Team.

Flores currently coaches in the Mesa Soccer Club in addition to Phoenix College.

"We are excited about Marty joining the program. Marty will improve our program dramatically," says Coach Cameron.
