Phoenix College Strong Safety Marques Hawkins has signed with NCAA Division I-AA Illinois State University to contine his collegiate career.

"Being a Bear has given me the ability to reach my goals academically & athletically," said Hawkins. "Illinois State University provides an outstanding opportunity for me to continue my journey as an athletic scholar. I thank all of my instructors & my athletic staff for their support while attending PC."
