DAY ONE PHOENIX COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS
Name

* Magaly Barciaga -- qualified for Nationals in the 800 meters with time of 2:23.64

* Magaly Barciaga -- qualified for Region I finals in the 1500 meters

* Jourdin Holden -- qualified for Nationals in the High Jump with a leap of 6'7. He cleared 6'9, but the bar fell as he stepped out of the pit.

* Alex Easter -- finished 2nd in the finals in the long jump and qualified for the finals in the 100 meters (posted the fastest time of the evening at 10.71)...also qualified for the 200-meter finals

* Clarence Dean -- qualified for the finals in the 400- and 200 meters...already has a National qualifying time in the 400 meters

FINALS
Name

* Magaly Burciaga -- finished 2nd in the 5000 meters and also qualified for Nationals

* Alex Easter -- finished 2nd in the 100- and 200 meters

*Clarence Dean -- finished 4th in the 400 meters and 6th in the 200 meters.
