in the 800 meters with time of 2:23.64

* Magaly Barciaga -- qualified for Region I finals in the
1500 meters
|
|
* Jourdin Holden -- qualified for Nationals in the High
Jump with a leap of 6'7. He cleared 6'9, but the bar fell
as he stepped out of the pit.

|
* Alex Easter -- finished 2nd in the finals in the long
jump and qualified for the finals in the 100 meters (posted
the fastest time of the evening at 10.71)...also qualified
for the 200-meter finals

| * Clarence Dean -- qualified
for the finals in the 400- and 200 meters...already has a
National qualifying time in the 400 meters |
