Phoenix College's Lupe Godinez netted 20 points to lead a Bears comeback from 16 down at the break that fell short in an 81-71 loss to Central Arizona. (more)

Arizona Western Scores 73-59 Victory Over PC
The Lady Bears fell at home to Arizona Western as Lupe Godinex paced Phoenix College with 15 points. (more)

Mesa Tops Lady Bears 81-66
Randy Kitcheyan's 11 points made her the only PC Bear in double digit scoring as Mesa defeated the traveling Phoenix squad 81-66. (more)

Former Bear McRee Tabbed Player of the Week
Former Lady Bear Kelly McRee was named the Wilson California Collegiate Athletic Association's womens basketball Player of the Week for the week ending January 11. The 5-11 junior wing led Grand Canyon to a pair of home wins last week, improving the team to 8-3 overall and 5-1 in the Conference. She scored 24 points in a 60-51 win over Cal State San Bernadino and tallied 34 points in the Lady Antelopes' win over Cal Poly Pomona.

Bears Earn 87-63 Victory Over South Mountain
The Lady Bears hoops squad defeated South Mountain as Kelly Pavlik poured in 23 points to lead Phoenix. (more)

Wahoos Club Team Defeats PC Bears in Overtime
The Bears women's hoop squad jumped out to a first half lead, but fell in overtime 78-75 to the University of Virginia Club Team. (more)

Bears Fall in Close Contest to John A. Logan
John A. Logan travelled to Phoenix College and outscored the Lady Bears by a basket in each half to take a 74-70 victory. (more)

Victor Means Victory for Lady Bears
Patty Victor scored 14 points, grabbed nine rebounds and swiped six steals to lead the Lady Bears to a 73-62 road win over Chandler-Gilbert. (more)

Low Scoring First Half Not Good for Bears
The Lady Bears hoops squad tallied just 26 first half points and trailed Yavapai by 19 at the break. (more)

Pavlik, Roesler Lead Phoenix Over Pima, 84-65
Phoenix' women's hoops squad recorded its first on-court victory of the 2003-04 season as Kelly Pavlik (left) and Melinda Roesler scored 18 and 17 points, respectively. Pavlik also added nine rebounds, five steals and a pair of assists. (view results)

Scottsdale Scores Come-From-Behind Win Over Bears
