Willette, Kirby Take Postseason Honors

Phoenix College sophomores Major Willette and George Kirby have been honored by the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference and NJCAA Region I for their individual successes on the court in 2004-2005.

Willette (left), out of Moon Valley High School, was named Second Team All-ACCAC and First Team NJCAA All-Region 1 Division II. He finished the regular season averaging 13 points, 3.8 assists, and 1.4 steals per game.

Kirby (right) was selected to the Third Team All-ACCAC and joined Willette on the NJCAA All-Region 1 Division II First Team Team. The North High School product completed the regular season averaging 9.5 points, 7 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks.
