Glendale's Ashley Bates and Luci Toazzi of Arizona Western are the ACCAC Volleyball Co-Players of the Week.

Bates helped the Lady Gauchos get off to a perfect 3-0 ACCAC record with a 14 kill and 9 block effort in a 30-23, 30-11, 30-25 win over Mesa. She also had a .619
hitting percentage.

Luci Toazzi helped the Lady Matadors to a 5-0 record in the Coyote Classic at Cuymana College. She avergaed 3.6 kills and 3.6 digs per game and had a .500 hitting percentage for the tournament.

Cayla Knapp of Arizona Western is the ACCAC Division I Volleyball Player of the Week for the week ending September 16th. Knapp helped the Lady Matadors to a 4-3 record last week by averaging 1.76 kills and 1.8 digs per game. She also posted a .311 hitting percentage.

Hayley Thompson of Scottsdale has been honored as the ACCAC Division II Volleyball Player of the Week for the week ending September 16th. In six games this past week for the Artichokes, Thompson averaged 4.87 kills and 3.8 digs per game. She also posted a .318 hitting percentage.
