Player of the Week
(week ending September 4th)
SARAH MORALES
Chandler-Gilbert
Chandler-Gilbert's Sarah Morales
is the ACCAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week for
the week ending September 4th. Morales helped the
Lady Coyotes to a 2-1 win over Glendale by netting
one goal and helping the team remain organized in
route to the victory.

DANI GUEST
Paradise Valley
Paradise Valley's Dani Guest is the
ACCAC Women's Soccer Goalie of the Week for the week
ending September 4th. Guest held both of the Pumas'
opponents to one goal as Paradise Valley recorded a
win and a tie on the week. In the 1-0 win over South
Mountain, Guest posted 11 saves. In a 1-1 overtime tioe
against Glendale, she recorded six saves.

MYISHA GRAY
Phoenix
Phoenix College's Myisha Gray is
the ACCAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week for the
week ending September 11th. Gray scored each of the
Lady Bears' three goals in a 3-1 victory over Glendale.
She then netted two more goals in a 2-1 non-conference
win over Embry Riddle. Quick math shows that Gray
scored each of Phoenix' five goals on the week and
led the Bears to a pair of victories.

(week ending September 11th)
MONIQUE WELLS
Mesa
Mesa's Monique Wells is the ACCAC Women's
Soccer Goalie of the Week for the week ending September
11th. Wells helped the Lady T-Birds to a pair of ACCAC
wins last week. She posted a shutout against South Mountain
as Mesa won 6-0. Wells then recorded 14 saves in a 3-1
victory over Pima. Mesa continues to lead the ACCAC
with a 5-0 record.

ADINA UTLEY
Pima
Pima's Adina Utley is the ACCAC
Women's Soccer Player of the Week. Utley helped the
Lady Aztecs to a pair of Conference wins last week.
She either scored or assisted on all four goals Pima
scored. In a 3-2 win over Chandler-Gilber, Utley scored
a goal and had a pair of assists. She then scored
the game's only goal in a 1-0 victory over Paradise
Valley

(week ending September 18th)
JENNY PERSONS
Cochise
Jenny Persons from Cochise is the ACCAC
Women's Soccer Goalie of the Week. Persons appeared
in all three of the Lady Apaches victories last week.
In a 6-0 win over Scottsdale, she had four saves in
only 45 minutes of work. Against Phoenix, Persons had
a complete game shutout with two saves. She closed the
week with a three-save performance in a 3-2 win over
South Mountain.

KATIE COLE
Cochise
Katie Cole is the ACCAC Women's Soccer
Goalie of the Week. Cole helped the Lady Apaches to
two shutout victories last week. In Cochise's 1-0 win
over Glendale, Cole had four saves and made a one goal
lead hold up. In playing just half of Cochise's victory
over Cisco, she posted three more saves while keeping
the slate clean.

RACHEAL BRUSNAHAN
Cochise
Cochise's Rachel Brusnahan is the
ACCAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week. Brusnahan
was instrumental on both sides of the ball last week
for the Lady Apaches. Against Mesa, she had an assist
on Cochise's only goal in 1-1 tie. Against Scottsdale,
she scored a goal and helped shut down the Lady Artichokes
in her position as defensive midfield.

ASHLEY LIFF
Chandler-Gilbert
Ashley Liff of Chandler-Gilbert is
the ACCAC Women's Soccer Goalie of the Week. Liff helped
the Lady Coyotes to two victories last week. She posted
four saves in a 1-0 shutout over South Mountain and
had two saves and allowed just one goal in a 3-1 win
over Glendale.

JENNIFER BRYAN
Phoenix
Phoenix College's Jennifer Bryan
is the ACCAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week. Bryan
scored two goals in the Bears 5-0 win over South Mountain
and then posted a goal and an assist in a 2-0 win
over Glendale.

MARY KOLESKI
Chandler-Gilbert
Chandler-Gilbert's Mary Koleski is
the ACCAC Women's Player of the Week. Koleski scored
a goal in each of her team's three games last week,
leading CGCC to a 2-0-1 record. Koleski scored in
a 1-1 tie against Scottsdale, a 2-1 win over Pima,
and tallied the match's lone goal in an overtime victory
over Mesa. The loss for Mesa was its first ACCAC loss
of the season.

SARA BAXTER
Glendale
Glendale's Sara Baxter is the ACCAC
Women's Soccer Goalie of the Week. Baxter had a four-save
shutout against South Mountain and followed that with
a 12-save outing against Mesa, where she allowed just
one goal in a 1-0 loss.

AMANDA WARDLE
Glendale
Amanda Wardle of Glendale is the
ACCAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week. Against Cochise,
Wardle had four shots and tallied one goal in a 3-2
overtime loss. In the Lady Gauchos final game of the
year, Wardle scored both goals in Glendale's 2-0 victory
over Scottsdale.

STEPHANIE JONES
South Mountain
South Mountain's Stephanie Jones is
the ACCAC Women's Soccer Goalie of the Week. Jones had
two shutout wins in the Cougars final two games of the
2005 season. In a 1-0 win over Scottsdale, Jones had
five saves. In the finale, she recorded 10 saves in
a 1-0 win over Pima.
