MATT ASIATA
Snow
Snow College's Matt Asiata is the WSFL Offensive Player
of the Week for the week ending September 3rd. Asiata ran
for 238 yards on 22 carries and scored one touchdown to help
the Badgers to a 28-7 road victory over Scottsdale.

NICK JACKSON
New Mexico Military
New Mexico Military's Nick Jackson is the WSFL Defensive
Player of the Week for the week endiong September 3rd. Jackson
recorded seven solo tackles, caused a fumble, and had three
tackles for a loss. NMMI openes the season with a 27-14 win
over Ranger College.

RODDRAY WALKER
New Mexico Military
Roddray Walker of New Mexico Military is the WSFL Special
Teams Player of the Week for the week ending September 3rd.
Walker scored on a 110-yard return of a Ranger College missed
field goal as the Broncos defeated Ranger 27-14.

CADE COOPER
Snow
Snow College quarterback Cade Cooper is the WSFL Offensive
Player of the Week for the week ending September 10th. Cooper
completed 10-of-14 passes for 207 yards and three touchdowns
as the Badgers defeated the Ogden Rhino Raiders 55-13.

RENO BLOOMQUIST
Phoenix
Reno Blomquist of Phoenix College is the WSFL Defensive
Player of Week for the week ending September 10th. Blomquist
posted a great all-around defensive game to lead theBears
to a 25-0 shutout win over Arizona Western. He had five solo,
eight assisted tackles, broke up three passes, intercepted
a pass and returned a fumble 85 yards.

CADE COOPER
Snow
For the third straight week, a Snow College player has
earned the WSFL's Offensive Player of the Week award. Quarterback
Cade Cooper earned the honor for the second straight week
after leading the Badgers to a 61-0 win over Pima. He completed
11-of-15 passes for 227 yards and three touchdowns. Cooper
also ran for 34 yards and two more touchdowns.
Over the last two weeks, Cooper has connected on an amazing
21-of-29 passes for 434 yards. He has also scored eight touchdowns
in two weeks, six coming through the air.

MAX FAIRCLOUGH
Arizona Western
Arizona Western's Max Fairclough is the WSFL Defensive
Player of the Week for the week ending September 17th. Fairclough
was all over the field against the Air Force JV as he posted
13 solo tackles and assisted on three others. He also forced
a fumble, recovered a fumble, and had 1.5 sacks.

Arizona Western's Lance Harrison-Brown is the WSFL Special
Teams Player of the Week. He blocked two field goals and had
42 yards in block field goal returns.

TIM HAMMETT
New Mexico Military
Tim Hamett of New Mexico Military is the WSFL Offensive
Player of the Week. Despite the fact that the Broncos were
beaten by Snow 48-17, Hamett rushed for 141 yards on only
13 carries. He also caught three passes for 63 yards.

MORRIS WOOTEN
Glendale
Glendale's Morris Wooten is the WSFL Defensive Player
of the Week. The Gaucho linebacker helped keep Glendale unbeaten
with a 34-24 win over Eastern Arizona. He posted eight solo
tackles and seven assisted tackles. Wooten also recorded a
quarterback sack.

Eric Hart of NMMI is the WSFL Offensive Player of the
Week for the week ending September 30th. Hart was unstoppable
in a 49-6 win over Pima as he carried 12 times for 186 yards
and three touchdowns.

ALLEN COLBERT
Scottsdale
Scottsdale's Allen Colbert is the WSFL Defensive Player
of the Week for the week ending September 30th. Colbert broke
up six passes and intercepted three Arizona Western passes,
returning one for a touchdown. SCC remained unbeaten in WSFL
play with a 24-9 win.

JUAN BONGARRA
Scottsdale
Juan Bongarra of Scottsdale is the WSFL Player of the
Week for the week ending September 30th. Bongarra averaged
51 yards a punt and was 3-for-3 on extra points. He added
a field goal in the Artichokes 24-9 win over Arizona Western
to keep SCC undefeated in the WSFL.

Scottsdale's Joe Caskey is the WSFL Offensive Player of
the Week. Caskey led the Artichokes to a 65-0 win over Pima
by going 11-of-17, throwing for 193 yards and four touchdowns.

Arizona Western's Luis Vasquez and Scottsdale's Jeff Jones
are WSFL CO-Defensive Players of the Week. Vasquez had 13
tackles, including three
for losses, forced a fumble and recovered a fumble which he
returned 55 yards.
Jones had three tackles, broke up two passes and had two
interceptions.

Arizona Western's Zack Davis is the WSFL Special Teams
Player of the Week. Davis was 2-for-2 on field goals and placed
five of his seven punts inside the 20-yard line.

CADE COOPER
Snow
Cade Cooper is the WSFL Offensive Player of the Week.
Cooper, who has now won this honor three times this season,
completed 28-of-39 passes for 339 yards and four touchdowns
in the #2 Badgers 46-25 win over #18 Scottsdale. The Badgers
are now alone at the top of the WSFL standings with a perfect
5-0 conference record.

Scottsdale's Tony Fein is the WSFL Defensive Player of
the Week. Fein was all over the field in the Artichokes' 46-25
loss at Snow, recording 21 tackles. Of the 21 tackles, 16
were solo and two were tackles for a loss. Fein also caused
a fumble.

TIM HAMETT

New Mexico Military's Tim Hamett is the WSFL Special Teams
Player of the Week. Hamett, who was the WSFL Offensive Player
of the Week for the week ending September 24th, had a game
saving block of a Phoenix College extra point attempt that
would have tied the game. He then picked the ball up and returned
it 85 yards for the two-point score. He also averaged 36 yards
per kick return for the game.

Glendale
Glendale's Eric Lee is the WSFL Offensive Player of the
Week. Lee rushed for 115 tards on 24 carries and scored three
touchdowns in the Gauchos 35-20 win over Mesa.

Eastern Arizona
Eastern Arizona's Johnathan Warren is the WSFL Defensiver
Player of the Week. Warren had 10 tackles, including two sacks,
and recovered a late Snow fumble to give Eastern Arizona a
25-20 upset of #1 ranked Snow.

Mesa
Rudy Fleming of Mesa is the WSFL Special Teams Player
of the Week. Fleming averaged 29 yards a punt return and 32
yards per kickoff return. He scored on a 97-yard punt return.

BRENDON GASKINS
Glendale
Glendale's Brendon Gaskins is the WSFL Player of the Week.
Gaskins connected on 15-of-26 passes for 277 yards and three
touchdowns to lead the Gauchos to a 38-23 win over Scottsdale.
The victory gives Glendale the right to host the Valley of
the Sun Bowl for the second consecutive season.

the Week. Fein set a Scottsdale record with 19 solo tackles

tackles for a loss, and intercepted a pass.

Glendale's Willie Brumbaugh is the WSFL Player of the
Week. The Gaucho punter kept Scottsdale deep in its own territory
all night with his booming punts, averaging over 41 yards
a punt and twice having punts downed inside the two-yard line.

Eastern Arizona
Glenn Milner of Eastern Arizona is the WSFL Offensive
Player of the Week. Milner ran through the NMMI defense for
204 yards on only 15 carries. He also rushed for one TD, an
80-yard scamper on the on the first play from scrimmage.

Arizona Western's Luis Vasquez is the WSFL Defensive Player
of the Week. Vasquez had 2.5 sacks, 3.5 tackles for a loss,

forced a fumble, and recovered a fumble that he returned 98
yards for a touchdown.

Arizona Western's Luis Vasquez is the WSFL Defensive Player
of the Week. Vasquez dominated the line for the Matadors by
recording eight tackles, three sacks, and forcing and recovering
a fumble. Despite his efforts, Phoenix prevailed 24-17.

Jermaine Clemons of Glendale is the WSFL Special Teams
Player of the Week. Clemons consistently got the Gauchos into
