PLAYER OF THE WEEK
QUINCY WALLIN
Snow College
Quincy Wallin of Snow College is the WSFL Defensive Player
of the Week for the week ending September 12. Wallin helped
the Badgers beat Georgia Military at Georgia 21-13. He picked
off two Bulldog passes and returned one for a score. Wallin
also had two solo tackles and two assists.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
MICHAEL SMITH
Pima College
Michael Smith of Pima College is the WSFL Offensive Player
of the Week for the week ending September 12. Smith helped
the Storm to a 54-6 rout of the Tuscon Monsoon by rushing
for 121 yards, a touchdown and averaging over 20 yards per
carry. Pima is undefeated at 2-0 on this young season.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
DEVIN RUTLEDGE
Pima
Devin Rutledge of Pima is the WSFL Defensive Player of
the Week fo rthe week ending September 19. Rutledge, from
Coolidge, Arizona, helped the Storm overpower Eastern Arizona
49-15. He had seven solo tackles, four assists, six sacks
and returned an interception for a touchdown.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
AUSTEN COLLINS
Mesa
Austen Collins of Mesa has been tabbed the WSFL Offensive
Player of the Week for the week ending September 19. Collins,
a runningback from Hobbs,
New Mexico, carried the load offensively as Mesa's upset bid
of #1 Dixie fell short at 38-28. Collins ran for 226 yards
on 25 carries and got into the endzone three times.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JOHNNY NUNEZ
Pima
For the second consecutive week, the Pima Storm have provided
the ACCAC with the Defensive Player of the Week. For the week
ending September 25th, Johnny Nunez earned the honor after
spearheading a defense that allowed just seven points in a
28-7 victory over Glendale. Nunez recorded 12 solo tackles
and four tackles for losses.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
LANDON BUES
Snow College
Snow College running back Landon Bues is the WSFL Offensive
Player of the Week for the week ending September 26. Bues
rumbled through the Phoenix Bears' defense for 157 yards and
two touchdowns in a 37-14 Badger victory. Bues averaged 8.7
yards per carry, including his longest run of 39 yards.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
TYLER DONALDSON
New Mexico Military
Tyler Donaldson of New Mexico Military Institue is the
WSFL Player of the Week for the week ending October 3. Donaldson
helped the Broncos to hold the mighty Pima offense to 19 points.
The effore was not good enough for a NMMI victory though as
Pima won 19-5. Donaldson had nine solo tackles and seven assists,
including a sack, for the Broncos.

DANNY SOUTHWICK
Dixie State
Dixie State quarterback Danny Southwick has been named
WSFL Player of the Week for the week ending October 3rd. Southwick
helped lead the #1 ranked Rebels to a 68-51 shootout win over
Arizona Western by throwing for 506 yards and three touchdowns.
He also rushed for a pair of scores to give Dixie State their
fifth win of the season against no defeats.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
MICKEY PIMENTAL
Pima
Mickey Pimental of Pima is the WSFL Co-Defensive Player
of the Week fo rthe week ending October 10. Pimental, a linebacker
from San Diego, helped the Aztecs defeat previously unbeaten
Dixie State 27-7 by recording 10 solo tackles, 2.5 sacks,
1 assist, 1 fumble recovery, and 4 tackles for losses.

DANZEL ISAAC
New Mexico Military
Danzel Isaac of New Mexico Military Institute is the WSFL
Co-Defensive Player of the Week for the week ending October
10. Isaac, a defensive end from Gainesville, Florida, had
10 solo tackles and two assists with three tackles for losses
and two sacks, in a 15-7 loss to Phoenix College.

NICK GEHRTS
Glendale
Glendale's Nick Gehrts is the WSFL Offensive Player of
the Week. Gehrts, from Buckeye, helped lead the Gauchos to
a 42-16 win over Eastern Arizona by going 17-29 and passing
for 203 yards and 4 touchdowns.

ZACHARY BOWMAN
New Mexico Military
New Mexico Military's Zachary Bowman is the WSFL Defensive
Player of the Week for the week ending October 17th. Bowman,
from Anchorage, Alaska, intercepted two passes, returning
one for a touchdown. He also returned a fumble for a touchdown
and made seven solo tackles in the Broncos 52-0 shutout of
Eastern Arizona.

DEXTER HILL
Scottsdale
Scottsdale's Dexter Hill is the WSFL Offensive Player
of the Week for the week ending October 17th. Hill, from Pocatello,
Idaho, threw for 302 yards and two touchdowns and ran for
a third score as he led the Artichokes to a 30-27 upset win
over previously unbeaten and #4 ranked Pima.

MIZRAIM FARLEY
New Mexico Military
New Mexico Military's Mizraim Farley is the WSFL Defensive
Player of the Week for the week ending October 24th. Farley,
from Daphne, Alabama, was a defensive force for the Broncos
as he recorded an amazing 19 tackles. Of his tackles, 13 were
solo, six were assisted, and on ewas a sack. Farley's individual
efforts were not enough as NMMI fell 35-14 to Glendale.

J.T. DIEDERICHS
Dixie State
Dixie State's JT Diederichs is the WSFL Offensive Player
of the Week for the week ending October 24th. Diederichs,
from Seattle, Washington, helped Dixie State remain in a three-way
tie atop the WSFL standings by rushing for 207 yards and three
touchdowns. These numbers led the Rebels to a 49-21 win over
Eastern Arizona.

CHRISTIAN SERENA
Scottsdale
Scottsdale's Christian Serena is the WSFL Defensive Player
of the Week for the week ending November 1. Serena, from Phoenix,
helped lead the Artichokes to a 57-0 win over Phoenix by having
two solo tackles and assisting on seven more. Serena also
blocked two Bear punts and returned both for Scottsdale touchdowns.

Glendale
Glendale's Johnny Lopez is the WSFL Offensive Player of
the Week for the week ending November 1. Lopez helped lead
the Gauchos to a 45-35 upset win over Dixie State by rushing
for 242 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries. Lopez, from Seattle,
averaged over 11 yards a carry and 15 yards a catch for the
game.

TODD RUNYAN
Mesa
Mesa's Todd Runyan is the WSFL Defensive Player of the
Week for the week ending November 7. Runyan helped lead the
Thunderbirds to a 33-25 win over Pima by posting 11 tackles
and breaking up two passes. He also had an interception, recovered
a fumble and blocked a punt.

DEXTER HILL
Scottsdale
Scottsdale's Dexter Hill is the WSFL Offensive Player
of the Week for the week ending November 7. Hill threw for
265 yards on 19 for 30 passing and had three touchdowns. He
also carried the ball five times for 42 yards in helping the
Artichokes remain on top of the WSFL with a 49-20 victory
over Eastern Arizona.

MISIOVALA TUPE
Dixie State
Misiovala Tupe of Dixie State is the WSFL Defensive Player
of the Week for the week ending November 14. Tupe helped the
Rebels hold New Mexico Military to 10 points by recording
13 tackles, breaking up 3 passes, sacking the Bronco quarterback
twice, causing a fumble, recovering a fumble, and picking
off a pass.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JT DIEDERICHS,
Dixie State
DAVIAN BINGHAM, Eastern Arizona
JT Diederichs of Dixie State and Davian Bingham of Eastern
Arizona are the WSFL Co-Offensive Players of the Week for
the week ending November 14.
Diederichs ran all over New Mexico Military for 237 yards
and three touchdowns in the Rebels' 28-10 win over the Broncos.
Diederichs ended the season as the WSFL's leading scorer by
getting into the endzone 21 times.

Bingham helped the Gila Monsters achieve their first win of
the season, by catching nine passes for 138 yards and three
touchdowns in a 33-21 victory over Phoenix College. Bingham
ended the season as the WSFL's leader in receptions per game
by averaging six catches per contest. |
