Eastern Arizona's Marcus Palmer is the Co-ACCAC Division 1 Player of the Week. Palmer scored 18 points and had eight rebounds in the Monsters' 64-48 win over Chandler-Gilbert. Palmer completed the week by posting 34 points and eight rebounds in a 73-70 win over Mesa.

DYNILE FORBES
Cochise

Dynile Forbes of Cochise is the Co-ACCAC Division 1 Player of the Week. Forbes had 28 points in both Apaches wins last week, a 113-73 win over Central Arizona and an 88-67 victory over Scottsdale. Forbes went a perfect 16-for-16 at the free throw line on the week.

JUSTIN ASHBAUGH
Scottsdale

Scottsdale's Justin Ashbaugh is the ACCAC Division 2 Player of the Week. Ashbaugh came up big in all three of his games last week. In a 10-point victory over Central Lakes, Ashbaugh had 26 points and 14 rebounds. He then tallied 22 points, 17 boards and five assists in a win over Mesa and 14 points and 10 rebounds in a loss to Cochise.

TOM WHITEHEAD
Yavapai

Yavapai's Tom Whitehead is the ACCAC Division 1 Co-Player of the Week. The Roughrider forward helped his squad to wins over two ranked teams last week. In a 90-89 overtime win over #2 Arizona Western, Whitehead had 31 points and seven rebounds. He then posted 20 points and six boards in a 63-61 victory over #14 Scottsdale.

ADAM McCOY
Mesa

Adam McCoy from Mesa is the ACCAC Division 1 Co-Player of the Week. McCoy lit up the nets
for the Thunderbirds in two ACCAC wins last week. McCoy had 28 points and 13 rebounds in a 90-65 win over Pima. He followed up with a 35 point and eight rebound effort in an 88-86 win over Chandler-Gilbert.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK

IRA BROWN
Phoenix

Phoenix College's Ira Brown is the ACCAC Division 2 Player of the Week. Brown connected on 7-of-11 shots from the field and finished with 17 points and 11 rebounds in a 97-66 win over Chandler-Gilbert. He then posted 17 points and 10 rebounds in a 74-67 win over the Cougars of South Mountain.

TOM WHITEHEAD
Yavapai

Yavapai's Tom Whitehead is the ACCAC Division 1 Player of the Week for the second consecutive week. Whitehead tallied a pair of double doubles on the week as Yavapai split its games on the week. He posted 27 points and 11 rebounds in an 83-65 win over Mesa and then had 28 points and 10 boards in a 77-71 loss to Pima.

CRAYTON JONES
Pima

Pima's Crayton Jones is the ACCAC Division 2 Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Jones helped the Aztecs to a three win week last week. He had 23 points and seven assists in an 81-79 win over Southwestern. Jones then had 18 points and nine rebounds in a 98-87 win over Central Arizona and 15 points, nine rebounds and
eight assists in a 77-71 win over Yavapai.

Eastern Arizona's Marcus Palmer is the ACCAC Division 1 Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Palmer led the Gilamonsters to a 72-47 win over South Mountain with an 18-point game.

BRIAN SYKORA
Scottsdale

Scottsdale's Brian Sykora is the ACCAC Division 2 Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Sykora tallied 26 points and 12 rebounds in an 83-78 loss at Chandler-Gilbert. He then helped the Artichokes defeat Glendale 91-78 with 21 points and nine boards.

CORDERRO BENNETT
Arizona Western

Arizona Western's Corderro Bennett is the ACCAC Division 1 Men's Basetball Player of the Week. Bennett scored 15 points and dished out three assists in the Matadors 113-70 win over Glendale. He then scored 14 points and had six rebounds in Arizona Western's 72-64 victory over Mesa.

RYAN HOLMES
Phoenix

David Cuen of South Mountain and Ryan Holmes of Phoenix are the ACCAC Co-Division 2 Players of the Week.

Cuen scored 18 points and pulled down 12 boards in an 83-77 win over Pima. Against Chandler-Gilbert, he had 20 points and nine rebounds.

Ryan Holmes of Phoenix was a model of consistancy last week. He scored 21 points and had four assists in both of the Bears' wins last week -- a 77-61 defeat of Cochise and a 101-56 win over Central Arizona.
