College of Southern Idaho Defeats AZ Western for District Title — The 9th ranked College of Southern Idaho Golden Eagles defeated #10 ranked Arizona Western 99-89 to capture the District Championship and advance to the NJCAA National Championship Tournament.

ACCAC Hands Out 2006-07 Postseason Honors — Eastern Arizona Head Coach Tim Parmeter has been rewarded for his team's 23-6 regular season overall record by being selected the ACCAC Coach of the Year. Arizona Western point guard Kenny Dawkins earned the ACCAC Player of the Year award after averaging 17.0 points, 4.5 assists, and 2.9 steals per game. He also leads the ACCAC with an 85.8 free throw percentage. Coach Tim Parmeter Thanks Well Wishers — On a personal note, I wanted to thank all of those people who have emailed, called, and been here for me the last two weeks. Though there are no words that will bring back my son it is nice to hear from so many people. It is overwhelming to think of the number of people that have my son in their thoughts and prayers and to know that he will always be remembered.

I will do my best to respond personally to everyone but as you can imagine things have been quite hectic of late. In the meantime I did want to make sure my gratitude is expressed in at least some small way to everyone - it will never be forgotten.
