(for the week ending December 4th)
ERVIN YOUMANS

Eastern Arizona's
Ervin Youmans is the ACCAC Division 1 Player of the
Week. He helped the Gila Monsters to a 2-0 start in
ACCAC play by averaging 25.0 points, 5.0 rebounds,
and 4.0 assists per game. In a 92-90 win over #3 ranked
Cochise, Youmans posted 28 points, six rebounds, four
assists, and three steals. He then had 22 points,
four rebounds and four assists in a 100-79 win over
Glendale.

Ira Brown of Phoenix
College is the ACCAC Division 2 Player of the Week.
Brown helped the Bears to a 1-1 ACCAC record last
week. In PC's win over Scottsdale, Brown posted a
double-double with 23 points and 10 rebounds. In a
loss to #3 Cochise, he posted 23 points and grabbed
six boards.

Garrett Sandberg
of Yavapai is the ACCAC Men's Basketball Division
1 Player of the Week for the week ending December
11th. Sandberg posted consecutive double doubles
for the Roughriders last week. Against Pima, he
had 29 points and 15 rebounds with five steals.
He then tallied 19 points and 10 rebounds against
Grand Canyon JV.

Chandler-Gilbert's
Nick Holladay is the ACCAC Men's Basketball Division
2 Player of the Week for the week ending December
11th. Holladay helped the Coyotes to a pair of wins
last week. He tallied 18 points and seven rebounds
in a 66-63 win over Scottsdale and then led CGCC
past Central Arizona with 29 point s and 10 rebounds.

MICHAEL CROWELL

Central Arizona's
Michael Crowell is the ACCAC Division 1 Men's Basketball
Player of the Week. Crowell played in three games
last week and came up big in all of them. He opened
the week with 10 points and 14 rebounds in a loss
to Mesa. Crowell then had 33 points and 16 rebounds
in a 89-75 win over Glendale before ending the week
with a 25 point and 9 rebound effort against Southern
Idaho.

Phoenix College's
Sascha Stafford is the ACCAC Division 2 Men's Basketball
Player of the Week. Stafford helped the Bears to
a pair of ACCAC wins last week. In an 80-72 vicory
over Eastern Arizona, he posted 31 points, seven
rebounds and five assists. Stafford then recorded
11 points and seven rebounds in a 72-58 win over
Chandler/Gilbert.

Andre Smith of
Cochise College is the ACCAC Men's Basketball
Division 1 Player of the Week for the week ending
January 15th. Smith helped the league leading
Apaches to a pair of wins last week. He opened
the week by scoring 40 points and having five
rebounds in a 105-97 win over Yavapai. Smith followed
that with 16 points and five rebounds in a win
over Chandler-Gilbert.

JUSTIN ASHBAUGH

Scottsdale's Justin
Ashbaugh is the ACCAC Division 2 Men's Basketball
Player of the Week. Ashbaugh posted 28 points,
13 rebounds and five blocked shots in an 86-80
win over Eastern Arizona. Against Mesa, he had
18 points and eight rebounds in a 78-72 loss to
the Thunderbirds.

Freeman is the ACCAC Men's Basketball Division
1 Player of the Week for the week ending January
22nd. Freeman had 24 points, 10 rebounds and
five blocks in a loss to Cochise. In an 83-60
win over Pima, he had 22 points, 17 rebounds
and seven blocks.

Tyree Hardge
is the ACCAC Men's Basketball Division II Player
of the Week for the week ending January 22nd.
Hardge helped the Bears to a pair of ACCAC wins
last week as Phoenix remains in second place
in the ACCAC. Against Pima, Hardge had 28 points
and four rebounds. He then posted 27 points
and three rebounds in a 94-83 win over Arizona
Western.

time this season, Cochise's Andre Smith is the
ACCAC Men's Basketball Division I Player of the
Week. Smith helped the Apaches to a pair of ACCAC
wins last week. He scored 26 points and dished
out five assists against Central Arizona and then
hit for 30 points against Eastern Arizona.

For the second
week in a row, a player from Phoenix College is
the ACCAC's Division II Men's Basketball Player
of the Week. The Bears' Ira Brown is this weeks
honoree, following teammate Tyree Hardge's award
last week.
Brown, who also
garnered the first ACCAC Player of the Week award
this season, helped the Bears to three wins this
past week as he averaged 19.7 points and 11.3
rebounds per game. He scored 24 points and grabbed
10 rebounds in a non-conference win over Southwestern.
Brown then tallied 12 points and 14 rebounds against
South Mountain and ended the week with a 23-point
and 10-rebound effort at Scottsdale.

Jerryck Owens-Murrey is the ACCAC Mens' Basketball
Division I Player of the Week. Owens-Murrey had
19 points and nine rebounds in a win over Glendale
and then 19 points and 19 board in a 90-48 victory
over Central Arizona.

Rudy Bogan is the ACCAC Men's Basketball Division
II Player of the Week. Bogan scored 24 points
and pulled in 12 rebounds in a 76-58 win over
Scottsdale. He then posted another double-double
with 28 points and 13 rebounds in a 71-63 loss
to Cochise.

Yavapai's Rob
Quaintance is the ACCAC Men's Basketball Division
I Player of the Week. Quaintance was all over
the stat sheet in the Roughriders' two victories
this past week.
He scored 16 points,
pulled down eight rebounds, had eight assists
and four steals in an 84-66 win over Phoenix.
Quaintance then tallied 11 points, eight assists
and six rebounds against South Mountain.

Chandler-Gilbert's
Josh Hawkins is the ACCAC Men's Basketball Division
II Player of the Week. Hawkins helped the Coyotes
to a 2-0 record last week.
Hawkins posted
a double-double with 10 points and 10 assists
and added seven rebounds in a 67-62 win over Central
Arizona. He then posted a 7-points, 9-rebound
and 7-assist night in a 73-66 victory over Pima

I Player of the Week. In the Apaches win over

For the second
time this season, Michael Crowell of Central Arizona
is the ACCAC Men's Basketball Division I Player
of the Week. Crowell helped the Vaqueros split
last week's games. He scored 34 points and had
14 rebounds in a loss to Phoenix and then scored
20 points and grabbed nine rebounds in a win over
South Mountain.

Rudy Bogan is the ACCAC Men's Basketball Division
II Player of the Week. Bogan, who has now won
this weekly honor twice this season, scored 34
points and had 13 rebounds in a Cougar win over
Glendale. He then posted 21 points and seven rebounds
in a South Mountain loss to Central Arizona.
