Rayshaun Ames, a 6-4 forward from South Mountain Community College is the NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending February 15. Ames helped South Mountain to a 2-0 week with wins over Pima Community College (88-83) and Yavapai College (73-70). Against Pima he had his first double-double of the week with 19 points and 14 rebounds. He closed the week with another double-double against Yavapai with 22 points and 11 assists.
