Arizona's Jeremy Long, Mesa's Ryan Rourke, and Glendale's
Eric Bloom were each named NJCAA All-Americans. All-Americans

I Title, Moves on to National Championship Tourney
Glendale scored a 101-87 victory over
Johnson County (KS) to capture the NJCAA District I Division
2 Championship and earn a spot in the NJCAA Division 2 National
Championship Tournament. The Gauchos reached the District
finals with a 106-101 win in the semis over Rose State College.

Glendale Captures
Region 1 Division 2 Championship In
a tightly contested title game, Glendale scored a 67-62
victory over Chandler-Gilbert to capture the program's second
consecutive Region 1 crown. The Gauchos, led by Tournament
MVP Richie Trojanek, advances to host the NJCAA District
1 Division 2 Tournament this Friday and Saturday. Championship

Yavapai, Arizona
Western to Meet for Region I Division 1 Title
Top-seeded Yavapai will host #3 seed Arizona
Western on Saturday, March 4, at 7:30 p.m. in the Championship
game of the 2004 NJCAA Region 1 Division 2 Tournament. Yavapai
earned its spot in the finals with a 93-78 victory over
Eastern Arizona, while Arizona Western topped #2 seed Mesa
64-52 to advance to the title game. Complete

Brown Earn ACCAC's Top Honors Yavapai's
Bryson Krueger has been tabbed the 2004 ACCAC Player and
Rookie of the Year, while Glendale's Howard Brown earned
the Coach of the Year honor after leading the Gauchos to
