Thank you for reviewing the initial working papers for Criterion 4,
core component A, for the PC self study. Your answers to the following
questions will help your team complete the document and be sure that
the information included is factual and complete. We are informed by
the HLC (Higher Learning Commission) that the self-study should be more
evaluative than descriptive. As you respond to the questions, please
keep in mind that this document is a working paper. It is by no means
final or complete. It will be edited several more times. Thank you for
your help.
We will not be identifying the respondents to this form. If you do
want to contact us to discuss this further, please call or send an e-mail
to Brent Jameson (602-285-7171) or Marian Gibney (602 285-7259), co-chairs
of this project.
1. Is the information included in this document factually correct?
If not, please provide clarification.
2. Do you know of other examples of evidence that might be pertinent
to this core component. Remember that we will not be able to include
every example in the actual document, but we want to be sure that we
have a record of all examples and that we document them.
3. In general, do you think that the evaluation presented is accurate?
4. Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
Thank you for taking the time to review this document.
