Three ACCAC Players Earn All-America Honors — The NJCAA has selected three players from ACCAC member schools to the NJCAA Division I All-American Women's Soccer Teams. Kayla Poe (Chandler-Gilbert, F, So.) was named to the First Team, Allysa Oslschlager (Paradise Valley F, Fr.) was selected to the Second Team and Kelcee Newell (Pima, D, So.) was an Honorable Metion selection.

Chandler-Gilbert Finishes 4th at NJCAA Championships — North Idaho College defeated Chandler-Gilbert 3-2 to take third place at the 2008 NJCAA Division I Women's Soccer National Championship Tournament. Carissa Lafevers and Kayla Poe scored second half goals for CGCC.

Top-Seed Darton College Tops Chandler-Gilbert — Darton College (23-0-1) defeated Chandler-Gilbert (20-2-1) 2-0 in the semifinal round of the 2008 NJCAA Division I Women's Soccer Championships. CGCC will play in the third place match on Sunday at Noon against #7 seed North Idaho College.

Chandler-Gilbert Defeats Schoolcraft (MI) in NJCAA Opener — Chandler-Gilbert (20-1-1), the #5 seed, defeated #4 seed Schoolcroft (10-3-3) 2-1 in the opening round of the 2008 NJCAA Division I Women's Soccer Championships.

Chandler-Gilbert Captures Region I Title — Top-seed Chandler-Gilbert scored a 1-0 victory over Paradise Valley to capture the 2008 NJCAA Region I Women's Soccer Championship. | More |

Phoenix, Pima Advance — Phoenix defeated Mesa and Pima topped Scottsdale as the higher seeds wpn in the opening round of the 2008 NJCAA Region I Women's Soccer Championships. Both advance to face the top seeds on Thursday. | More |

CGCC Top Seed in Women's Soccer Playoffs — Chandler-Gilbert is the #1 seed in the 2008 NJCAA Region I Women's Soccer playoffs that are set to begin on Monday, October 27th. | More |

Luna & Salazar Garner ACCAC Honors — South Mountain's Sheila Luna posted eight goals to earn ACCAC Player of the Week honors, while Paradise Valley's Mimi Salazar posted a shutout to take home the ACCAC Keeper of the Week award. | More on the ACCAC Player & Keeper of the Week |

Heiman Receives National Honor — Pima keeper Lauren Heiman scored a pair of shutout wins to garner the NJCAA Nationsl Keeper of the Week honor. Pima defeated South Mountain 6-0 abd Glendale 14-0 on the week.

Pima Shuts Out Opponents, ACCAC Honors — Pima won a pair of matches by a combined 20-0 score. Leading the way was the ACCAC Player of the Week Brooke Schmeiter and the ACCAC Keeper of the Week Lauren Heiman. | More on the ACCAC Player & Keeper of the Week |

Walworth Selected National Keeper of the Week — Jessie Walworth posted nine saves and a pair of wins to be selected the NJCAA's National Keeper of the Week for the week ending September 28th. She had ywo saves in a 2-0 win over Cochise and seven saves in a 2-1 victory over Pima.

Paradise Valley Duo Earns ACCAC Honors — Simone Marshall and Jessie Walworth earned ACCAC Player and Keeper of the Week honors, respectively, after leading Paradise Valley to a pair of victories this past week. | More on the ACCAC Player & Keeper of the Week |

Carissa LafeversLafevers Named NJCAA National Player of the Week — Chandler-Gilbert's Carissa Lafevers has been selected the NJCAA Division I Co-Player of the Week fir the week ending September 6, 2008. The Gilbert, AZ, native had seven goals and three assists for 17 points in just two games. She had three goals and an assists against South Mountain and four goals and two assists against Glendale.

CGCC's Lafevers, PC's Harris Earn Weekly Awards — Carissa Lafevers scored seven goals for Chandler-Gilbert to earn the ACCAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week award. GateWay Opens First ACCAC Season Undefeated — GateWay has opened the 2008 season with three straight victories, including two against ACCAC opposition.
