Yavapai Falls in NJCAA National Championship Match — Yavapai advanced to the Championship Match of the 2005 NJCAA Division I National Tournament before falling 3-1 to Georgia Perimeter College. The Roughriders defeated Illinois Central College 3-1 in the opening round and Louisburg College 3-2 in the semifinals to advance to the title game. Michael Randolph and Rudy Duarte of Yavapai were named to the All-Tournament Team. More

Yavapai to Represent ACCAC at D1 National Championships — Yavapai enters the 2005 NJCAA Division 1 National Championships as the #3 seed. The Roughriders will face #7 seed College of DuPage (IL) in the opening round on Thursday, November 17th, at 12:00 p.m. Yavapai advanced to the Nationals after defeating Northern Idaho 4-1 in the District Championship. Yavapai Wins Sixth Consecutive Championship — Yavapai scored a 3-0 victory over Pima to capture its sixth consecutive ACCAC/NJCAA Region I Championship. More

Top-Seed Yavapai, #6 Seed Pima to Meet for NJCAA Region I Crown — #6 seed Mesa surprised #2 seed Mesa 2-1 to advance to the Championship match of the 2005 NJCAA Region 1 Playoffs. Mesa will travel to top-seed Yavapai, which defeated Chandler-Gilbert 4-1, on Saturday in the title match beginning at 6 p.m.. More

Pima, Chandler-Gilbert Advance in NJCAA Region I Playoffs — #6 seed Pima upset #3 Arizona Western 2-1 and #4 Chandler-Gilbert slipped by #5 Scottsdale 5-3 in a shootout to advance to the semifinals of the 2005 NJCAA Region I Men's Soccer Championships. Pima will travel to #2 Mesa and Chandler-Gilbert will face top-seed Yavapai on Wednesday. More

Yavapai's Pantalione, Becerra Selected ACCAC's Best for 2005 — Yavapai Head Coach Mike Pantalione has been honored as the NJCAA Region I/ACCAC Men's Soccer Coach of the Year while his star player, Obed Becerra, was tabbed the NJCAA Region I/ACCAC Player of the Year. Yavapai placed five players on the All-ACCAC Teams while Arizona Western was secondwith four players receiving post season awards. More

Becerra & Marcum Share ACCAC Player of the Week Award— Yavapai's Obed Becerra and Scottsdale's Matthew Marcum shared the ACCAC's Player of the Week honor after leading their respective teams on the week. More

Yavapai's Duarte Takes ACCAC Honor — Rudy Duarte scored three goals and dished out two assists in leading the Roughriders to a pair of ACCAC wins to earn ACCAC Player of the Week honos. More

PV's Izard Named NJCAA Co-Player of the Week — Paradise Valley's Brian Izard has been selected by the NJCAA as the National Co-Player of the Week for the week ending October 2nd. More

Randolph, Izard Share ACCAC Player of the Week Honor — Yavapai's Michael Randolph and Paradise Valley's Brian Izard were honored by the ACCAC as Co-Players of the Week for their performances during the week ending October 2nd. More

Chandler-Gilbert Pair Earn ACCAC Honors — Ahkil Jackson scored a goal in Chandler-Gilbert's two wins while keeper Todd Bondurant recorded a shutout and a pair of wins as the pair captured ACCAC Player of the Week and Goalie of the Week honors respectively. More

Hasman, Hibbard Capture ACCAC Honors — Yavapai's Tyler Hasman netted five goals in three Yavapai wins this past week to earn ACCAC Player of the Week honors. Mesa keeper Kyle Hibbard earned Goalie of the Week honors after posting a pair of shutouts. More

Mansene, Forbes Kick Off 2005 Season with ACCAC Honors — Chandler-Gilbert's AJ Mansene earned the first ACCAC Player of the Week honor while Arizona Western's Andrew Forbes is the Goalie of the Week. More

19 ACCAC Men's Soccer Player Move on to 4-Year Programs — The member programs of the ACCAC have placed 19 men's soccer student-athletes from the 2004 season on the rosters of 4-year programs for the 2005 season.
