Glendale

Thomas Hills of Glendale is the ACCAC Pitcher of the Week. In his only start of the week, Hills pitched a no-hitter in a 2-0 Glendale victory over Pima. Hills walked two and struck out four in route to the victory.

The no-hitter was the first for a Glendale pitcher in over 25 years.

South Mountain

South Mountain's Luis Cota is the the ACCAC Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 18. Cota, from Sunnyside High School in Tucson, pitched the Cougars to a 1-0 win over Yavapai. He scattered three hits with four walks while striking out 10 Roughrider batters.

Scottsdale

Joe Roundy of Scottsdale is the ACCAC Batter of the Week for the week ending April 18. Roundy, from Mesa, Arizona, helped the Artichokes salvage a split wth Glendale by batting .533 and hitting three homeruns with 10 RBI.

Eastern Arizona

Eastern Arizona's Chris Fessler is the ACCAC Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 25. Fessler, from Bradshaw Mountain High School, pitched in all three of the Gila Monster wins last week. He finished the week with a win and a save, allowing just one run and striking out Seven in 7.1 innings of work.

Arizona Western

Arizona Western's Mike Jones is the ACCAC Batter of the Week foir the week ending April 25. The Moreno Valley, California, native batted .538 (7-for-13) during the week. Jones scored six runs and posted five RBI to help the Matadors split theirfour games last week.
