Architectural CAD Technology
The AAS program in Architectural CAD Technology provides students with the background, knowledge, and skills required to begin a career in architectural CAD design and drafting.
Emphasis is on the development of studio and computer skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and knowledge of building materials, methods and costs.
Program graduates are prepared for entry level careers with architectural and engineering firms, residential and commercial builders, construction companies, municipal planning offices, land development offices and structural steel detailing firms.
