New Student Information System

The Maricopa Community College District has converted the old Student Information System (SIS) to an innovative, more powerful system that more effectively supports faculty, staff, and student access to MCCCD data.

NOTE: The above movies will open in a new window.  Each movie has a navigation bar at the bottom so you can pause, move forward and backward.  The movies were created on an older version of Faculty Center - please note that new "bundles" have been installed since then, and the icons for the class roster and grade roster have moved from the right side of the screen to the left side of the screen.  The basic steps remain the same.

You can download and print a copy of the materials used in PC’s in-person training sessions.

Visit this site to go through an online, text-based tutorial created by Glendale Community College.  You can download and print their Quick Reference Guide with the most basic and easy-to-use steps.

MEID

You will use your MEID (Maricopa Enterprise ID) to access the system.  Do you have a Maricopa email address, but don't know your MEID?  Read over these instructions to discover it!

Browser Settings and Rosters

You will need to make adjustments to your browser settings to be able to download your rosters.  Refer to the instructions for Internet Explorer and Firefox for Macintosh users.  These quick reference guides also include the steps to download the roster.

You may also have to clear the browser cache for the LDA feature to work in the Grade Roster.
